A Vision Beyond a Building

On 6 June 2026, Hashtag Believer Foundation announced its flagship pilot initiative—the Integrated Skill Development Centre (ISDC) for Uttarakhand.

This is not just another training centre. It is a people-driven initiative to create skills, opportunities, and sustainable livelihoods while reducing the need for migration.

Our vision is to take learning, mentorship, entrepreneurship, employment opportunities, and community support directly to people across Uttarakhand. Rather than expecting beneficiaries to come to a single location, we aim to build a statewide ecosystem that connects communities with knowledge, resources, and opportunities.

Beyond Four Walls

The Integrated Skill Development Centre is not confined to one building.

It is designed as a collaborative network that brings together communities, educational institutions, industries, government departments, NGOs, technical experts, and volunteers to deliver skill development where it is needed most.

Our goal is simple: Learning should reach people. Opportunities should stay local. Communities should grow together.

Yuvaan Half Marathon 2.0 is the flagship outreach programme of the Integrated Skill Development Centre and the beginning of a long-term mission to build an empowered Uttarakhand.

More than a marathon, it is a platform to connect citizens, youth, institutions, corporates, government bodies, and communities around one shared vision—creating opportunities through participation and collaboration.

Our Journey So Far

The Yuvaan movement began in October 2025 with Yuvaan Half Marathon 1.0, organised under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan with the support and courtesy of the District Administration and Social Welfare Department, District Chamoli, Uttarakhand.

The state-level event brought together participants from across Uttarakhand to promote fitness, anti-drug awareness, and youth engagement. It also reflected the confidence placed in Hashtag Believer Foundation for its continued work in awareness, education, skill development, and rural development.

The Next Chapter

Building on that success, Yuvaan Half Marathon 2.0 is envisioned as a National-Level Participation Event.

The objective is to bring together participants, institutions, CSR partners, volunteers, and changemakers from across India to support the vision of the Integrated Skill Development Centre and create lasting social impact in Uttarakhand.
