Skill India Mission
Building practical skills, digital literacy, and entrepreneurial pathways for rural youth under the spirit of Skill India.
Skill India Mission aims to equip India’s youth with industry-relevant skills for employment and entrepreneurship. Hashtag Believer Foundation advances this mission in rural Uttarakhand through career guidance, digital literacy, creative skills, media training, and livelihood-oriented workshops.
We believe skills create opportunity — and opportunity creates dignity. Our programmes help students and young adults move from learning to earning by connecting education with real-world practice.
Focus areas include employability skills, communication, digital tools, creative industries, rural entrepreneurship, and exposure to government and market opportunities.
Through the vision of our Integrated Skill Development Centre and community-based training, we support Skill India by preparing Himalayan youth to innovate, work, and lead in their own communities.
