The Integrated Skill Development, Rural Innovation, Media & Entrepreneurship Centre is the long-term flagship initiative of Hashtag Believer Foundation. It is envisioned as an integrated learning and innovation ecosystem where education, skill development, entrepreneurship, media, sports, arts, rural innovation, and community participation come together under one platform.
Built upon experiences from The Brain Gym Study Centre, Awareness Club Program, Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan, and Yuvaan Half Marathon, the Centre aims to bridge gaps between rural talent and education, technology, markets, government opportunities, and professional guidance.

The Centre follows a Learn – Practice – Innovate – Earn – Lead model, encouraging Learning with Earning. It will begin as a pilot in District Chamoli with the objective of developing a scalable, replicable community-led development model.
