Refund Policy

1. Charitable Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions supporting our programmes. As a general policy, donations are non-refundable once successfully processed. Exceptional cases (duplicate transactions, technical errors, unauthorised payments) may be reviewed.

2. Event Registrations

Refund terms for paid events will be communicated at registration. If an event is cancelled by the Foundation, alternatives or refunds may be offered.

3. Requests

Contact us with full name, email, phone, transaction reference, date, amount, and reason. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–15 business days.
