A Gram Panchayat Bhawan became a learning space for children from farming families.
The Brain Gym Study Centre in Village Talwari proved that impactful education can begin with participation and local ownership. Operating with Gram Panchayat support, volunteer teachers, and community resources, it became the foundation for larger programmes across District Chamoli.
